The Art of Grief
Grief becomes part of the landscape of our lives. It changes shape over time. And yet, something within us continues to reach for expression.
This group offers space to engage that experience through guided art-making.
Each week invites a creative process, using a range of media. The emphasis is not on artistic ability but on attention, expression and gentle exploration.
This six-week guided creative experience for those living with loss is working with you towards:
Steady Hope…and discover what still lives quietly within us.
Emerging Meaning…and make space for new meaning to emerge.
Grounded Movement…honoring what has been, and shaping what comes next.
Quiet Resilience…and allow something steady to take root again.
Space is held to create.
Space is held to reflect.
Space is held for shared experience within a steady and supportive structure.Together, we will tend to what remains —–
